Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Experience: Minimum 3.5 years of hard core technical experience in developing/supporting complex enterprise applications in one or more of the technologies listed below with strong academic credentials:
1. C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WCF, WPF, Web Services – Any experience with Share-Point / C++ is a plus
2. Java – J2EE, HTML, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, WebLogic / WebSphere (WSAD- Web-sphere Integration Developer tool kit, and WSRR - Web-sphere Registry Repository, experience), Web 2.0 technologies,.
3. Content Management: Oracle Universal Content Management, Stellent with strong Java development background
4. Oracle Fusion platform: BPEL, ADF (Web Center Suite), Oracle ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), BAM (Business Activity Monitoring), OBIEE, Hyperion.
5. Portals: WebLogic Portal and WebSphere portal technologies.
6. Oracle Database Developers/Administrators - Oracle Development with Data architecture experience, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures experience on Oracle 10g/11g. Experience as Oracle Production DBA.
7. Linux System administration – Strong RedHat Enterprise Linux Ver 4.x and 5.x experience. Skills with Global file System, RPMs, Clustering.
8. Call Center Technologies: VoiceXML, Voice Portal (Speech IVR) technologies, Genesys CTI, Cisco ICM, Avaya IP-ACD, Nuance OSR (scansoft), Voice Genie, Orbix, I-Planet, Unix Scripting
9. Quality Assurance: Performance Testing, Load Testing , Load Runner. Need Development/ Requirement Background.
10. Graphics designers with excellent art portfolio and experience in UI design for enterprise class web applications and/or mobile application and/or Television media (Flex and Flash Developer)
11. Mainframes: COBOL, JCL, DB2 and PL/1 Programming
12. AL/BPM, Aqua-logic, Scrum process, CRIT and Web logic Integration
