Job Responsibilities
• Hunting : Directly responsible for sales target; acquiring new accounts, penetrating new Lines of Business ; cross-selling
• Farming : Strengthen and grow existing relationships ; ensuring stability of the existing book of business
• Account Strategy : Defining the big long term goals and ensuring actualization
• Internal Selling : Getting best of organizational resources & attention for the account
• Commercials : Formulating & negotiating contracts & commercials – MSAs ; SOWs ; Rate Cards
• Monitoring : Top & bottom line, pipeline, collections, delivery, people, stakeholder & competition
• Analysis: financial and delivery reviews, market trends
• Marketing : Assist in creation and dissemination of collateral
• Driving the response to new business opportunities – pitches, estimation, RFIs, RFPs; deal reviews
• Experience in BFSI or Telecom domain is a must
• Sales experience in IM, Web technologies and Testing an added positive

• Candidate should have experience in IT/Software sales in the local market in US
• Experience in selling IT Services and Products
