Desired Candidate Profile
· Undertake business analysis and gather requirements
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications, undertake process mapping, document use cases
· Define operational and non-functional requirements and take ownership for the handover to IT teams
. Should be able to do drill down analysis of key business problems, interpret results, generate insight and recommend strategies
· Ensure that all the information risk, technology control and production technology systems standards are adhered to in the delivery and documentation of the application or solution
· Work with developers to translate requirements into technical design
. Contribute to preparing business proposals and collateral development
· Use project methodology and structured business analysis techniques utilised within the team (e.g. UML, flowcharting, structured project management methodologies etc. as per the requirements)
· Prepare for and facilitate meetings/trainings/workshops with a broad-based set of stakeholders (at both client's end and at Beyond Key)
· Work with stakeholders and project team members globally to ensure regional requirements are met by the global system implementation
. Should be flexible to travel and stay onsite for 2-3 months
. Flexibility to work across time zones; Experience in working in large and geographically dispersed teams
. Someone having an extended experience in Insurance would be preferred
. Manage assignments with minimal intervention and be fully accountable
. Should be able to manage self and support the team (when required) in learning and execution of the projects

Technical Knowledge :
· Ability to define, develop and implement models and frameworks of business analysis
· Familiar with modern software architectures and development techniques
· Familiar with structured project management techniques
· Experienced across the full systems development lifecycle (agile development approach would be an added advantage)
· Should be strong in writing technical specifications. Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft .NET development technologies would be an added advantage
. Atleast 4years in Technical BA roles
. Should have extremely good communication skills to face clients on-site and off-site
· Prepare prototypes/mock screens for business to sign-off.
· Help technology teams with business queries.
· Produce Requirement Traceability Matrix, Functional Specifications, User training guides etc.·
. Produce a suite of use cases as an integral part of system development.
· Ensure that the system gets developed as per agreed functional specifications.
· Provide end to end support to various teams during the design, development and testing and implementation phases.
. Someone having the USA - Business Visa would an added advantage
. Experience on UML designs would be an added advantage
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
