Job Description:
Business Development
• Identify and establish contact with prospects
• Sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies of Espire.
• Identify client business needs
• Develop and present proposals for customized business solutions
• Negotiate and close business contracts.
• Formulate and manage business alliances
Desired Profile
Experience:
10+ years of relevant work experience
• Candidates with very good understanding of selling software services in Microsoft, Oracle, Java and other web based technologies.
• An excellent understanding of Outsourcing/ Onsite-Offshore model
• At least 5 years of International Sales Experience in IT Services Companies
• Previous experience of establishing and expanding business in US through NEW BUSINESS and using offshore services from India
Location & Others:
• Working from London office of Espire Technologies, US
• Closely interacting with development centre and pre-sales team in India
Skills:
• Skills in communication, presentation, prospect qualification, negotiation and contract closing.
• Prior experience interacting with US corporate customers
