Job Description

Role would involve following responsibilities and duties: -

•Managing and Overseeing the entire SAP Pre Sales, Operations including Business Development, Lead Generation , Revenue Targets , Key Account Management; Bid Management/ Response to RFI / RFP/RFQ; Presentations / Proposals / Effort Estimates/Pricing Models & other Collaterals; Scope study ; Due Diligence; Proof of Concept; White papers, Brochures, Newsletters, Website content for SAP Practice (Practice Branding within and outside the organization); Internal Workshops, Seminars, Trade Shows; Partnership Management, Training Management, Project Management; and Lead Generation.

•Identifying new opportunities and new markets, developing entry strategy, preparing roll out plans, deciding channels for sales & revenue generation.

•Developing business strategy, translating it into an operating plan and executing it with the aim of improving market penetration and market share for Value Consulting without compromising profitability and efficiency.

•Developing capacity in Sales structures to ensure smooth expansion of the business. This will involve not only hiring new people but also coaching/mentoring them to ensure that they are able to perform at the next level both for the business and personally.

•Presenting Operations performance and leading reviews along with senior management.

•Monitoring Team’s operations and analyzing their performance and coaching accordingly.

•Taking review meeting periodically & Developing instruments to gear up revenue generation.

•Developing new sales channels & Conducting innovative and effective Marketing Practice.

•Setting coordination with Software Development Team and Customer Support Team to ensure good delivery level.

•Handling accounts multiple Sales channels.

•Building Team, Guiding & managing them efficiently, Assigning Quarterly revenue target. Analyses DCR, Weekly Prospects & Closure.

•Managing Business at minimal NPA.

•Identifying potential, deconstructing complex situations and further conceiving and implementing streamlined solutions that have led to increased revenues, profitability and overall success.

•Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills across all levels of an organizational structure with expert abilities in customer relationship management; sharp acumen for practice/operations management; high integrity, energetic leader known for ability to envision and create successful outcomes

•Identification of revenue opportunities with the study & development of new segment of the industry with the relevant SAP Solution offerings.

•Leading Sales, Presales and Business Development teams; Monitoring Project Teams.

•Presentation of competitive advantages of product & services in the market and how they can be best suitable to Customer’s Business Processes.

•System requirement study along with customer’s current and futuristic needs & proposes suitable solutions.

•Project enablement with monitoring of project schedules & internal technical audits to ensure quality & timely deliverables.

•Proactive approach strategy planning for effective handling of the projects.

•Advising the delivery team for developing solutions and enhancing the core competencies of SAP Practice.
